Exchanges and returns

2. Exchanges:
   If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or color, you can do so within 7 days of receiving the product. The product must be in its original condition and unused, and you will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product.

3. Non-returnable or non-exchangeable items:
   Some items, such as lingerie or opened packaging, may not be eligible for return or exchange.
